Hi. This group is actually at the Jewish Academy - the only Jewish Day School in the entire Suffolk County. JWOW is a grassroots independent enterprise to bring Jewish families in Suffolk County together in a vibrant Jewish community. It is a way for parents and children to meet other Jewish families across denominations and affiliations. We find ourselves so far away from family as many of us do and Friday nights and Saturdays are always hard for us and it can get lonely. Designed to have BOTH singles as well as families with children in the area to rotate weekly to prepare Shabbat dinner and /or lunch for each other. Let's form a community of friendship and Shabbat!
