CBT Kinderlach are Orange County moms and their Jewish babies and toddlers. We are varied in our backgrounds, ages, interests and directions in life, but we share this in common.
We love our children and want them to have fun and make friends in a safe, nurturing environment. We are also committed to giving them a wonderful Jewish upbringing. This group is sponsored by Congregation B'nai Tzedek and is open to any parent of a Jewish little one!
In addition to our wonderful children, we also all crave other moms to talk to about our experiences, feelings, frustrations and all the things that come along with motherhood. We provide the necessary support and listening ears to those who need to be heard. We can be a shoulder to cry on for the mom who needs to cry. We can be the push in the right direction for the mommy that needs that nudge. We can help new moms get through the tough beginning. We can offer advice, insight and input on many things, mom related and otherwise. It?s up to you what you want the group to be; at the end of it all, YOU are the group.
CBT Kinderlach will set up a variety of events and meetups in order to accommodate all our mommies and our varied interests, schedules and children?s ages. We will do our best to have something for everyone. Everyone here has a voice, let me know what you want and we will try to set it up. This group is for you.

- get-togethers at private homes
- age-appropriate events around Jewish holidays
- playtime at local parks
- Pump it Up ( a local play gym that offers open hours for the kids to run themselves wild!)
- Special Shabbat activities geared for our little ones
- Seasonal tours at Tanaka Farms
- Santa Ana Zoo
- Lunch Dates (restaurant, park or at a home (pot luck style). The kids can play and mommies can chit chat, share recipes, talk about their days and just enjoy each other)
- Discussions about Jewish Parenting issues
